No matter how well equipped and beautifully located a nursery school is, it is the quality and personality of the staff that is most important.
We employ only the most dedicated and desirable staff, with a natural affinity for childcare.
Lingfield Nursery School has a dedicated and experienced team, most team members hold Level 3 qualification with some having Higher University Degrees. All are fully aware of health and safety issues, many hold first aid and food hygiene certificates. We believe you can never have too many qualifications and skills, that’s why our staff attend early years focus training and Special Needs courses – times change, and we have to move with them.
Key Person
At Lingfield Nursery School we follow the Key Person approach. This is the way in which we ensure that each child has a strong relationship with an adult in the nursery to support their emotional well-being. By allocating a Key Person to each child the child knows that there is someone in particular taking care of them whilst they are away from their parents. When they have someone who gets to know them well and supports them in interacting with others their confidence and well-being is supported.
